A Colorado native, born and raised in Denver, Dan studied at Drake University, University of Connecticut and University of Colorado before moving to the area in 1978. Beginning his career in Summit County in construction, Dan played a key role in the vision and development of many homes and condos in the Keystone area.

A true entrepreneur, Dan found early success in establishing and running several local businesses. Knowledge of the community and local developments in combination with his strong business sense, made transitioning into real estate a welcome opportunity and a logical next step in his career.

Dan has nearly 30 years of experience in the community and has been representing buyers and sellers since the year 2000. As managing broker and partner of Breckenridge Associates, Dan is committed to helping find his clients their next home in the mountains.

In his free time Dan spends time outdoors with his wife of 20 years, Barb. Together they spend time playing golf, hiking and biking in the summers and skiing and snowshoeing in the winters. Dan also dabbles in “eat”ertainment – the joy of eating and drinking great food and wine – and enjoys traveling to new places.
