Lisa grew up in Ohio with frequent visits to her parents’ second home in Breckenridge, where they were homeowners in the area since 1968. With strong ties to the West, Lisa spent her college years in Wyoming. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Advertising before moving to Breckenridge to pursue a passion for the mountains.

Lisa began her real estate career in Breckenridge in 1988 and was a founding partner of Breckenridge Associates. A top sales-producing realtor for more than 20 years, Lisa has been Managing Broker five consecutive years at Breckenridge Associates and was named Realtor of the Year in 1997. Her personal approach, commitment to building long-lasting client relationships and extensive professional affiliations have allowed Lisa to represent buyers and sellers through hundreds of real estate transactions during her tenure in Breckenridge.

Lisa has played instrumental roles in many industry-related organizations throughout her career. She has served on Colorado Association of Realtors Executive Committee as Mountain District Vice President and was Divisional Vice President for Technology.  In this division she directed the development of the Colorado Association Website, colorealtor.com and was instrumental in bringing new Technology member benefits to the over 50,000 realtors in Colorado. She has served as Board President for her local association and is a founding member of the Rocky Mountain Resort Alliance (RMRA). 

With an affinity for the outdoors and her yellow lab, Maya. Lisa is a true mountain enthusiast for alpine, telemark or cross-country skiing in the winter and hiking, mountain and road biking in the summer. When not outside, she’s probably reading up on the next healthful adventure or trying her hand at cooking ethnic and gourmet cuisine.
