Mike graduated from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts in 1986 with a degree in Economics. A highly-rated Liberal Arts school, Williams College provided Mike with a thorough understanding of financing options, tax benefits and 1031 exchanges entering into his real estate career.

Moving to Summit County in 1990, Mike has continually been a top-performing broker in the area. He was awarded U.S. Small Business Administration Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 1993 for his involvement in the local commercial real estate market. In 2003, he achieved the highest sales volume within Breckenridge Associates with more than $18 million in sales and over 60 transactions. In 2007, Mike produced overall top volume in sales, delivering as a leading broker in the county. Mike’s commitment and proven track record demonstrate his professionalism and success as partner of Breckenridge Associates.

Mike contributes to the local community through the Summit Housing Authority by assisting first-time homebuyers and teaching the ins and outs of real estate – from how the MLS system works and negotiating a contract to down payment assistance and legal requirements.

When Mike’s not selling real estate, you can find him with his wife and two children enjoying all the mountains have to offer, including tennis, alpine, telemark and nordic skiing, golfing, ice hockey, water-skiing, hiking, mountain biking and camping.
