Breckenridge Residential Transactions by Dollar Volume

The past three years Breckenridge Associates Real Estate has been a top performer in Breckenridge dollar volume sales, leading the charge on listings in 2006 and 2007. BARE grew market share in dollars each year, ranging between 12% and nearly 19%. In 2008, BARE showed a slight decline which can be explained by listing agreement between Vail Resorts' owned, Slifer Smith and Frampton and their new developments in Breckenridge involving pre-solds from an earlier period of time.
