My background covers almost all aspects of real estate and construction.  I worked for Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate in Los Angeles for 7 years.  After moving to Colorado I designed, developed and sold large acreage subdivisions.  In 1990 I opened WoodsCrest Log Homes in Breckenridge, working as Marketing Director as well as Lead Home Designer.  I collaborated with architects, draftsmen, engineers and general contractors, designing and delivering over 300 custom homes in Colorado.  This construction knowledge is specifically helpful to buyers when they are considering building a new home or buying and renovating an existing one.  With my background in Investment Properties, feel confident that by working with me, you will receive all the information necessary to make the most informed decisions.
